Megan Shipman

My name is Megan Shipman. I am from Hastings, NE. I currently am a sophomore at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln studying Advertisement and Publicity. I enjoy photography and design. I started taking photos for 4-H and fell in love with it! I loved the craft of finding the perfect image. Soon I began winning awards each year for my photos in 4-h. I also began taking photos for families and seniors around hastings. I love being able to constantly improve my work and thinking of new ways to improve my photography skills. Designing is something I have always done. I would do crafts, paintings, and drawings growing up and try to sell them to anyone who came around. I could create for hours and never get bored. I have known for as long as I can remember that I wanted to find a job where I can let my creative juices flow. Whether that be in taking photos or designing advertisements for a company. As long as I am creating I will be happy.
